Fire and Hammers

I’ve been renting bench time at Ayaka Nishi’s studio for over a year (and she is amazingly talented.) I’ve been fixing up some old pieces and trying my hand at a few new techniques: detailed handsaw work (inspired by a pair of earrings I saw at Mixta Boutique—wish I knew the designer!) and wax casting most recently (inspired by CLARK, I am so into everything she does). Excited for what’s next.
